    Every athlete begins with a full movement assessment. We look at mobility, stability, force production, and sport-specific movement patterns.

    No guessing — we measure where you are before we decide where you're going.

    Measure

    Move The Weight Faster.

    We capture the velocity of every meaningful movement — the squat, the press, the jump, the sprint. Velocity tells us if your athlete is training at the intended intensity — or if we need to adjust.

    Every session produces a number. That number tells us what to do next.

    Program

    Individualized Programming.

    Based on assessment plus session-to-session velocity data, programming adapts to the athlete in front of us — not to a generic template built for someone else.

    Training stays hard, smart, and sustainable.
